CHANGES AT MARTHA’S

Hello Guests of Martha's Pantry,
We are reaching out to share some upcoming changes taking place at Martha’s.
On Friday, February 6th, it was decided that Martha’s would need to operate our drive-through distribution in a much smaller part of our parking lot, away from the garage, effective immediately. As a result, we had to close for a week in order to redesign the entire distribution and guest traffic flow.
What does this mean for you?
Below are some of the most fundamental changes we are having to make, we ask that you please read through them prior to arriving for your next visit.
NEW HOURS:
In efforts to provide services in the most effective way possible, Martha’s is expanding our hours!
Our new hours beginning Wednesday, February 18 are:
· Wednesdays 12-6pm
· Thursdays 12-3pm
· Fridays 12-3pm
ALL GUESTS MUST ENTER AND EXIT FROM NEW HOPE STREET (See Map)
All Martha’s guests must now Enter and EXIT via New Hope Street.
This is a very narrow entrance/exit, so please drive slowly.
NO MARTHA’S GUESTS MAY ENTER OR EXIT VIA EAST JOHNSON (See Map)
The East Johnson Highway entrances will now be blocked
Please the changes in where you can enter and exit Martha’s
NO TRAFFIC IN THE STREET:
We cannot have traffic in the street waiting to enter Martha’s.
It is simply unsafe.
If you arrive at Martha’s and there is not enough room for your car to fully enter into our parking lot, you must leave and continue driving and return at a later time.
To repeat:
UNLESS THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM FOR YOU TO ENTER, YOU MUST LEAVE AND COME BACK!
No one will be permitted to wait or form a line in the road.
This is dangerous to both you and other drivers and attracts the attention of local police and law enforcement, which could result in significant tickets of $300 per car. Please help us serve you safely and do not put yourself and other drivers at risk.
STANDARD DRIVING RULES
The entrance/exit at New Hope Street will now operate using standard driving rules, with drivers in the right-hand lane, just like any other street or parking lot you drive. No more getting in the left lane
NEW DISTRIBUTION LOCATION AND LAYOUT
The new rules mandate that we no longer run our food distributions out of our garage. Instead, we must move our distribution to the top corner of the parking lot, near the registration area that leads up the hill. We have designed a new layout to make this as effective and efficient as possible, but we ask for all of your patience as we improve this new model together.
We appreciate your prayers and your patience as we navigate and continually refine a positive path forward.
