Martha’s is providing up to two $25 Gift Cards to the children of registered Martha’s guests.
Registration begins Tuesday, December 2 at 10am
Gift Card distributions will take place Monday, December 15 from 10-2pm

TO SIGN UP ONLINE:

1.    Online signups begin Tuesday, December 2 at 10am.

2.    Come to this webpage and click the sign up link! (the link will be posted December 2 at at 10am)

3.    Have your required Martha’s ID#, cell phone # and email address ready!
(Your Martha’s ID# is the number on the card you present when you come to pantry. You MUST enter this number in order to sign up.  If you don’t know your ID#,
call 610-279-7372 or text 855-499-2174 prior to November 24)

4.    Follow the signup instructions until completion.

TO SIGN UP BY PHONE:

1. Call Martha’s at 610-279-7372 on Tuesday, December 2 from 10-1pm

2. Make sure to have you Martha’s ID# ready when you call

RULES:

1.    You must provide a valid Martha’s Guest ID # to sign up

2.    You must have children previously registered as dependents on your Martha’s Guest ID Profile

3.    Limit 2 Gift Cards per household

4.    NO text or voicemail signups will be permitted or accepted

5.    Gift Cards are limited, signups are first-come, first-serve.

6.    Gift Cards are for children aged 17 and under only
