2026 RE-REGISTRATION BEGINS ON JULY 1!
This means that all guests will be required to fill out a new 2026 MARTHA’S RE-REGISTRATION FORM before receiving your food. No Exceptions.
To make this as quick and easy as possible, here’s how you can help:
1. Complete your 2026 re-registration form at home!.
DOWNLOAD IT HERE. Please print and complete it at home, and bring it with you to your July Martha’s visit!
Anyone who brings their completed, printed and signed re-registration form to their July visit will be entered in a raffle to win a $100 Target Gift Card!
